Comments or questions are welcome. Please realize that I receive many requests for information-- often 5-10 each day, which is far more than I can reply to. If you NEED help and believe I can provide the information you need, please make a donation along with your question, using the PayPal button on the main page. Simply include the name of your paypal e-mail and I will verify the donation.

A donation allows me to be reimbursed to some extent for my time, and the lets me know that your question is important-- and my time is valued. As for the amount, realize that any response takes at least 15 minutes to read and to write back. If you cannot afford $30-$50, consider using the free video question/answer set-up at TheFix.com, where you will find me in the 'experts' section-- but where my answers are limited to 3 minutes in length.

Running even a popular blog does not bring in more than a few dollars per week in ad revenue-- literally-- and losing one's career and restarting in mid-life is NOT friendly to one's savings account!

I also provide educational sessions by telephone or by Skype at a rate of $150 per 30 minutes. I would not act as you doctor, but I could provide information about any aspect of buprenorphine or opioid dependence-- with complete anonymity, if you wish. You would set that up by calling my office at 920-923-9054 and talking to Nancy, and asking to schedule an educational session. We ask for payment at the time of the call, using PayPal or any credit card.
